For companies that sell and service equipment

Make every engineer as effective as your most experienced one.

Field-service software for companies that sell and service capital equipment. It gives engineers a machine's full history and a suggested approach before they arrive, and prepares the signed service report from the visit. Everything happens inside WhatsApp.

// WHY NOW

Service and parts are where equipment companies make their margins, and where they are most exposed.

// THE SHIFT

Most service operations sit in one of three modes.

  1. Baseline

    Traditional

    The engineer calls the office, works through the manuals, and writes the report from memory later in the day. Most of what the company knows about its machines stays with a handful of senior people.

  2. +20–30%

    AI-augmented

    Individual tasks get some assistance, such as a chatbot or an automated report. The work moves a little faster, but the underlying process and the team around it remain unchanged.

  3. 3–5×

    AI-native

    The work is reorganised around what software and people each do well. Information from each visit is captured and reused, so the team becomes more capable over time rather than simply quicker.

    What we help you build

// THE PATH

We start with service, and build outward from there.

Each stage produces the information the next one depends on, so the value builds up as you go.

  1. 01 · Live

    Service

    On the way to a site, an engineer can ask Antinode about the machine and get its service history, recurring issues, and the steps colleagues have used on similar faults. During the visit it helps work through the diagnosis using the manufacturer's error codes, and afterwards it prepares the report for the customer to sign.

  2. 02

    Link the machine

    Each completed visit adds structured detail about the machine to a shared record: what is installed, what has failed, and how it was resolved. Over time this gives you a dependable view of the whole installed base, rather than notes scattered across engineers.

  3. 03

    Aftermarket sales

    With that history in place, the system can tell you when a customer is likely to need consumables, when a service contract is due for renewal, and where a component is starting to wear. Teams spend less time reacting and more time planning ahead.

// SEE IT IN ACTION

It looks like a conversation, because that is what it is.

There is no dashboard to log into and no form to fill in. An engineer messages Antinode the way they would message a colleague, and it replies with what it knows about that machine. The work is recorded as it happens, and the report is ready by the time they leave the site.

// HOW IT FITS

Designed to fit the way your team already works.

// YOUR DATA

Your data stays your own.

Your customer list, your pricing, and your contracts stay within your own environment and are never shared with anyone else. If you choose to, you can contribute anonymised information about machine faults to a shared knowledge base, and you can exclude named competitors when you do. Nothing that identifies your business or your customers ever leaves your control.
